Every single order placed here on our website comes with discreet delivery and discreet billing as standard. You do not have to request discreet delivery or discreet billing - and you do not need to pay any extra fee.

Discreet Billing

Your purchase will usually appear on your bank or payment statement as NDIS or similar. The same goes for all of the payment methods we accept - including: Clearpay, Klarna and PayPal.

We will never show up on your bank or payment statement as Condoms.uk, Condoms, or anything else related to condoms or sexual health.

Our billing process is completely discreet. The entry on your bank or payment statement will be generic and nondescript for your complete peace of mind.

Discreet Delivery

  • We typically use plain packaging such as brown boxes and bubble-lined envelopes
  • On our plain packaging, we affix a nondescript address label which contains your name and address, and a PO box return address
  • Our address labels make no reference to Condoms.uk, condoms, lubricants or sexual health products of any description

Discreet delivery

The exact envelope or box we use will depend on the size and weight of the items on your order, and the delivery service selected on checkout. As you can see from the image above, however, all packaging materials we use are completely discreet and generic.

Our discreet delivery service means that you can have your items delivered anywhere, including: Home, work or any other address where you receive mail.

Don't forget, delivery starts at just £2.99 for Royal Mail 48 Tracked - and it's free when you spend £25 or more with us. We really can't say fairer than that.

Discreet Returns

As well as ensuring your products are delivered in discreet packaging, we also have a discreet returns process, so you don't need to worry about returning your products to the Post Office or another drop off point. Our discreet packaging does not include the company name or branding, the returns label will simply display the P.O. Box address.
