Yes, you can trust us. We only stock genuine products sourced directly from brands and trusted distributors. We don't sell non-UK stock or out of date products. We offer secure checkout and a completely discreet service. You can trust us to deliver quickly and securely every time. If you ever need us, we're just an email away - and we always respond within one business day (but usually much quicker!)
In short, yes! We use plain bubble-lined envelopes or plain brown cardboard boxes to dispatch all orders. We'll determine whether to use a plain bubble-lined envelope or box based on the size and weight of your order. There is NO brand on the packaging we use. Delivery options and charges are outlined on our delivery page, and on our checkout page. Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery is FREE on all orders over £25.
We offer a comprehensive range of delivery services. All delivery services show an estimated date of arrival on our checkout page too. If you need your items quickly, we recommend using the DPD Next Day or Royal Mail Special Delivery service. If you don't need your items urgently, then one of our standard services will be just fine.
All orders are dispatched directly to you from our UK warehouse. There are no customs charges or import duties or fees, the price you see on our website is the price you pay. There are no nasty surprises when you shop with us!
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept ApplePay, Clearpay, Google Pay, Klarna and PayPal.
If you wish to subscribe to regular deliveries, please choose the subscription option on the product page for the item you wish to subscribe to.
Subscriptions can be managed by logging in to your customer account, where you can cancel or change your subscription with us. Alternatively, please email us and our team can help manage and make changes to your subscription. All subscriptions come with a minimum of two renewals after your initial purchase. After the second renewal has occurred, your subscription can be cancelled. Subscriptions will not cancel automatically, they will continue to renew until you cancel or ask us to cancel for you. We have a 60 day 'no quibbles' return policy for all items that are completely unopened, with the original factory seals remaining in place. We do not accept returns on items that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons. Our returns policy do not effect your statutory rights.
